Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new kicks, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Goods

  Securely place your items back in their original KOI box and include the completed packing slip to ensure we can identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
